§ 01The Firm

A holding structure designed for duration.

Enevos was constituted in 2010 as a private vehicle for long-dated capital. In the fifteen years since, the firm has accumulated controlling interests in a small number of operating companies selected for their structural relevance to the physical economy.

We do not raise outside capital. We do not publish a fund family. Our counterparties know us by reference; our portfolio companies know us by covenant.

The firm operates under a partnership of nineteen principals. Positions are held indefinitely. Dividends are re-deployed. The institution is the instrument.

      The firm recruits approximately fourteen individuals per annum. Applications are reviewed by the Office of the Secretary and retained for a period not exceeding thirty-six months.
